This unique UFO-80 Mega ceiling-hung bioethanol fireplace is handmade, designed and produced in Denmark. As all Hein & Haugaard bio fireplaces are handmade, no two fireplaces will be identical. Each individual fireplace will have its own unique finish and look.

The fireplace is equipped with a large manual bioethanol burner of 3.0-litre capacity, which has a flame width of 45 cm. The burner has a fuel consumption of approximately 0.45 litres per hour, but can easily be adjusted lower if you want a smaller flame, small consumption and heating effect.

This version of the UFO-80 Mega has an acid-cured surface, which gives the fireplace a completely unique rusty finish and colour. The finish is called Oxide and the finished result can vary a bit in colour from light rusty to a darker finish.

Installation

As mentioned, the UFO-80 Mega is a ceiling-mounted fireplace and must therefore be mounted to the ceiling. As standard, the fireplace is supplied with a flat ceiling bracket for flat ceilings.

If the fireplace is to be mounted on a sloping ceiling, you must choose the angled ceiling bracket, which makes it possible to mount the fireplace on ceilings with an inclination of up to 45 degrees.

The ceiling rod for the fireplace comes in a number of standard lengths. However, it is possible to have the ceiling rod made to measure. Please write your requested custom length in the comment field when ordering.

It is recommended to install the fireplace at a distance of 60-85 cm from the floor to the lower edge of the fireplace. However, the fireplace can easily be hung higher or lower from the floor.
