ScandiFlames Spitsberg Cast Iron Bioethanol Stove

ScandiFlames Spitsberg is a freestanding bioethanol fireplace made of cast iron in a design which draws inspiration from traditional Scandinavian wood-burning stoves. The fireplace doesn't require any connection to a flue and burns clean eco-friendly bioethanol fuel.

The included bioethanol burner has a fuel capacity of 2.0 litres, which can burn for up to 6 hours per filling. The burner has an adjustable flame size and at maximum, it will produce about 2.0 kW of heat.

The construction of cast iron has various imprints and cutouts which add to the design and feel of a traditional Scandinavian wood burner stove - furthermore, the cast iron is really great at holding and radiating heat long after the fireplace has stopped burning.

Spitsberg also has a decorative top that extends into an elegant peak. This top can be removed if you prefer a more minimalist look, or to use the flat plate underneath for warming a teapot or similar items, adding extra functionality to the fireplace.

On the front of the fireplace a double door with glass grants access to the burner and offers a great view of the flames, when the fireplace is burning.

Performance Mirror

The performance mirror is a specially designed reflective panel placed behind the burner in the fireplace. It enhances the visual impact by reflecting the flames, creating a sense of greater depth and intensity. The result is a more vibrant and dynamic flame experience. Even when the fireplace is off, the mirror adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the overall design.

Installation

Spitsberg is a free-standing bioethanol fireplace and because it does not need any connection to a chimney or flue system the installation is super simple. Upon delivery, only a minimum of assembly is required before the fireplace is ready to be used. When assembled the fireplace can freely be placed wherever you want and be moved to a new location later if needed.

The recommended minimum room size requirement for the ScandiFlames Spitsbergen fireplace is 50 m³ (cubic meters).
