The Shelford is a freestanding electric fireplace that sits on the floor up against a flat wall. Its crisp white mantel surround pairs with a 23" ArtiFlame insert to deliver authentic flame visuals and convenient warmth – no chimney required.

Choose Your 23" Insert – AF23S or AF23BS

• AF23S – classic log set with wood crackle sound for a traditional feel. Lifelike LED flame with 3 brightness levels.
• AF23BS – electric insert with a brick-effect backdrop, classic log set and wood crackle sound for added depth and character.

Both inserts provide up to 1.8 kW fan-assisted heating for rooms to 30 m², independent flame-only operation using just 4 W, a digital thermostat (17–27 °C), weekly programmer, open-window detection and overheat protection. The slim 13 cm insert depth keeps the profile neat against the wall.

With its simple lines and smooth painted finish, the Shelford suits both contemporary and period-inspired interiors. The surround is crafted from lacquered MDF for everyday durability and a long-lasting, easy-care surface.

Heating & Controls – Thermostat, Timer & Remote

Use flames with or without heat for year-round ambience. Set your preferred temperature and schedule via the front panel or the included remote control. The timer ranges from 30 minutes to 6 hours for effortless comfort.
