The Rio Gas Fireplace gives you an elongated outdoor gas fireplace that, with its beautiful flames, creates the perfect gathering point in the garden. The fireplace is equipped with a manual gas burner, with electronic ignition, which creates large beautiful flames.

The gas fire burns on LPG from gas cylinders and can therefore easily be moved around as desired and used in various places in the garden.

Planika Rio has a maximum gas consumption of 0.65 kg per hour, providing up to 10 kW of heating power. At a lower flame strength, you could experience up to 55 hours of burn time on a standard 11 kg gas cylinder.

The gas cylinder must be placed next to the Rio and connected with the supplied gas hose. Here you can choose to purchase a gas bottle holder in matching design that neatly hides the gas bottle away.

Planika Rio is for outdoor use ONLY. If placed on a covered patio, at least 1/4 of all wall surface area must be open to provide sufficient ventilation.

Protective cover

Although the Planika Rio gas fireplace is constructed from galvanised steel, it may be a good idea to store it in a dry place and protected from dust and dirt when not in use. We therefore recommend that you cover it with a protective cover. This can help to extend the life of the gas fire and keep it looking good for many years to come.
