Plastic proofing box, perfect for long cold fermentation of pizza dough in the fridge.
The box measures 300x400 mm and is 70 mm high, offering plenty of space for the dough to rise and expand.
Holds 4–6 pizza dough balls at a time and can be stacked if you have multiple boxes.
Dishwasher safe.
NOTE: The box is delivered without a lid. The lid is sold separately.
