Plastic proofing box, perfect for cold-proofing pizza dough in the fridge.
The box measures 300x400 mm and 100 mm in height, providing plenty of space for the dough to rise and expand.
Holds 4–6 pizza doughs at a time and can be stacked if you have multiple boxes.
NOTE: The box is delivered without a lid. The lid is sold separately.
