Neo 1000 is a 1000 mm wide automatic remote-controlled bioethanol burner - perfect as an alternative to a traditional wood-burning fireplace.

The bioethanol burner is perfect for use in Do-It-Yourself projects, where you wish to build your own bioethanol fireplace or convert an old existing wood-burning fireplace into a modern bioethanol fireplace.

Planika Neo uses Planika's patented BEV® Technology, where the bioethanol gets heated up and converted into bioethanol vapours before it gets burned off. This means there is never any direct contact between the liquid bioethanol and the fire - which, according to Planika, is the safest way to burn bioethanol.

Automatic Burner

The Neo 1000 burner is an automatic remote-controlled bioethanol burner, which means it can be controlled using the included remote or the integrated control panel on top of the burner.

The flames can be adjusted across 2 levels, changing the flame size, fuel consumption and heat output. An electronic fuel pump is included, connected to the burner, so refilling is simple and problem-free, without the worries of spilling fuel or overfilling the tank.

Innovative Burner Design

The Neo 1000 is filled with foamed glass, a design that expands the width of the flame for a larger, more captivating and radiant glow than a standard burner tray of the same size.

Decorative Logs Included

The Neo 1000 now comes with a decorative log set included as standard, giving the flame a cozy, traditional wood-fire look. Prefer a sleek, modern glass-only aesthetic instead? Just lift out the log tray to switch styles in seconds. Planika Fires does not recommend using third-party decorative logs or stones, as this can cause overheating and damage to internal components - always use accessories approved by Planika for safety and optimal performance.

Installation

Planika Neo must be installed into a Do-It-Yourself fireplace project, built from non-flammable materials and connected to a dedicated 230V power supply. It requires a minimum room size of 59 m³, and needs at least 1 metre of clearance around and above the burner, free from heat-sensitive or flammable objects. Always read and follow the full installation manual before starting your project.
