Planika Bubble - Automatic Bio Fireplace

Bubble is a stylish automatic bioethanol fireplace developed by Planika Fires, one of the world's leading manufacturers of automatic bioethanol fireplaces. Bubble can be used as either a wall-mounted or a freestanding fireplace, so you can easily switch between the two depending on your space and preference, simply by attaching or removing the included wooden legs.

Automatic Burner

The heart and centre of the Planika Bubble is the automatic burner Senso, which uses the patented BEV technology created by Planika, ensuring safe and soot-free burning of bioethanol.

BEV stands for Burning Ethanol Vapors and means that the burner evaporates the bioethanol before it is burned off. This makes it possible to e.g. adjust the flame size. In the Planika Bubble, the flames can adjust in 2 levels.

In addition, the burner is filled with safety sensors that can automatically turn off the bio fireplace if any error is registered, and a remote controller is included to turn the flames on/off and adjust the flames.

Heating power and consumption

Planika Bubble and the included Senso Burner have a consumption of 0.30 litre of bioethanol per hour and can provide up to 2.5 kW of heat.

Adjusting the flame size to the highest level will increase the consumption of bioethanol.

Accessories

Planika offers the possibility to purchase a fireplace Grate + Logs decoration set for the Bubble, which can add to a real fireplace atmosphere.

Planika Fires does not recommend using third-party decorative logs or stones with their bioethanol fireplaces, as this can cause overheating and damage internal components. Always use accessories approved by Planika for safety and optimal performance.

Installation & Mounting

Bubble can be set up in two ways, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits your space best.

Wall-mounted: Bubble is easily mounted to the wall using the included mounting bracket. The process is similar to that of mounting a TV to the wall. The fireplace has a heat-insulated backplate and can therefore be mounted on any type of wall. Be aware that the wall must be able to carry the weight of the fireplace, as it weighs approximately 25 kg, so it may be necessary to use special plugs and fasteners depending on the wall type.

Freestanding: By attaching the included wooden legs instead, Bubble becomes a freestanding fireplace that requires no wall installation and can easily be moved around and used in different rooms.

In both configurations, the automatic burner needs to be connected to a 230V electrical outlet.
