The Arcticon is a freestanding bioethanol fireplace from the manufacturer Planika, one of the world's leading producers and innovators of automatic, remote-controlled bioethanol fireplaces.

Arcticon is equipped with an automatic burner based on Planika's patented BEV^TM technology (Burning Ethanol Vapours), which vaporises the bioethanol before combustion. This allows you to adjust the fireplace's flames and heat output for a tailored experience.

The flames are protected by three large glass panels, shielding them from drafts, curious fingers, and inquisitive pets.

The Arcticon’s flames can be adjusted across two levels using the included remote control or via the built-in control panel hidden behind the fireplace door. The bioethanol tank is also housed inside the unit, accommodating a 5-litre canister of bioethanol that provides up to 33 hours of burn time on a full refill.

Planika Fires does not recommend using third-party decorative logs or stones with their bioethanol fireplaces, as this can cause overheating and damage internal components. Always use accessories approved by Planika for safety and optimal performance.
